Established in 2011, Mystic cleaning is founded by Larry & Jacquelyne. They decided to operate a cleaning business of their own when Jacquelyne’s father had seen success in his cleaning franchise over a 10 year period. At Mystic Cleaning LLC, we believe your home or business deserves quality work every time. As a small family business, we greatly understand the trust you instill in us at your property. We treat our workers as family & make sure they are compensated correctly for their hard work. As a result, we don’t price our work low just to “win” a job like many of our competitors in this industry. We believe Quality work should be rewarded with its monetary equivalent. We strive to provide the greatest services possible to our clients. Your needs & satisfaction is our priority!
Services can be Weekly, Bi-weekly, Monthly or Bi-Monthly .
Like many other businesses, we care greatly for the environment. Our staff ensures green products are always used, with the exception of some situations.
We service Madison and surrounding areas. (A trip fee of $15 will be applied for areas further than 30min)

Do I have to sign a contract?
No you don’t, We believe in open communication and honest respectful feedback. We do quarterly evaluations to help us better our quality of work for the both of us.
Must we be home?
No you don’t but its preferred that no one is home while we provide the clean, You can either leave us a key, supply us with a garage code or come back when the clean is almost completed. We understand this isn’t always possible for many reasons, in this case please limit any distractions so we can focus entirely on the quality of the clean.
What time will the cleaning tech arrive?
This is scheduled before hand, either over phone, text or email. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences.
How many cleaning techs will there be?
Between 1-2. Depending on the amount of work for the day.
Do I have to pay for each cleaning tech?
Yes, this is discussed once we have received the request quote. We will do our best to stay within your budget range.
What if I need to re-schedule?
Please give us at least 24hrs notice. I do understand last minute emergency happen and a 24hr isn’t always possible, You’ll be given 2 chances for last minute emergencies, if more you’ll be charged a $25 cancellation fee.
How do I pay for the cleaning?
We accept cash or checks. payment needs to be received before the work is started but NO LATER upon completion of service.
Do you supply us with a receipt?
Yes we do, Please let us know the day that we schedule your clean to print one out or we can email it to you.
What if we aren’t happy with the service provided?
We do our best to always satisfy our clients but we understand that this will happen from time to time. We do not give refunds but when this happens PLEASE give us a call within the first 24hrs and we will schedule a time to come out and re-do the area that you were not satisfied with.
Do I need to provide supplies? How about equipment?
No you do not, we bring our own supplies and equipment. If you have a certain product that you’d like us to use for whatever reason we will gladly do so.
I have pets, would I need to put them in their crate?
All of our cleaning techs are pet friendly. You know your pets best, if you believe they will be a distraction please have preparations beforehand so this doesn’t interrupt the service. If your pet is known for biting, we will not be able to provide service if they are present unless they are in a kennel or bedroom.
Are you insured and bonded?
Yes we are, accidents happen.
